Healthcare & Life Sciences

Hiring for healthcare and the lab.

Hospitals, diagnostics companies, pharma QC labs, and the vendors that serve them all hire differently than a software startup. Candidates have to know the systems, and they have to know the rules. We screen for both.

Laboratory informatics

Our deepest healthcare bench. These are the people who make LIMS implementations land and keep validated labs running.

  • LIMS Consultant / Administrator

LabWare, LabVantage, and STARLIMS configuration, upgrades, and day-two support.

  • LIMS Business Analyst

Requirements, functional specs, and test scripts between the lab and the implementation team.

  • Validation / CSV Specialist

IQ, OQ, PQ documentation and computer system validation under GAMP 5.

  • Lab Master Data Analyst

Static data builds: tests, methods, specifications, and instrument records.

  • Instrument Integration Engineer

Interfacing analyzers and chromatography systems with LIMS and ELN.

Healthcare IT & clinical data

The systems side of care delivery: records, interfaces, and the data work that sits on top of them.

  • EHR / EMR Analyst

Epic and Oracle Health modules, build, and go-live support.

  • HL7 / FHIR Integration Engineer

Interface engines, API-first integrations, and data exchange between clinical systems.

  • Healthcare Data Engineer

Claims, clinical, and lab data pipelines with HIPAA-aware handling.

  • Clinical Data Manager

Study data flows, EDC systems, and clean, auditable datasets.

  • QA / Test Engineer (Regulated)

Testing in validated environments where every run leaves a paper trail.

What we screen candidates for

We recruit people who have worked under these rules.

We are a staffing firm, not a compliance consultancy. What we do is screen for regulatory experience: candidates we submit for regulated roles have worked in these environments before and can speak to the documentation they produced there.

HIPAA

Candidates experienced with PHI handling in clinical and claims data work

GxP / GAMP 5

Candidates who have worked under validation discipline in lab settings

21 CFR Part 11

Candidates from FDA-regulated labs with electronic records experience

HL7 / FHIR

Candidates who have built on the standards clinical integration runs on

Why healthcare hiring gets its own practice.

The vendor ecosystems are small

There are only so many experienced LabWare or Epic people in the country. Finding them is about relationships and referrals, and that is a practice you build over years, not a search you run once.

Documentation is half the job

In a validated environment, work that is not documented did not happen. We screen for people who treat specs and test evidence as part of the craft.

Timelines are unforgiving

Lab go-lives and EHR cutovers have fixed dates with patient impact behind them. Backfill speed and replacement coverage matter more here than anywhere.

Two lab informatics roles are open right now.

LabWare LIMS Consultant and LIMS Business Analyst (LabVantage / STARLIMS).
